I lost my progress — what can I do?

Progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, the previous progress will not transfer automatically. We are working on cloud save support for a future update.

If a rewarded ad failed to grant a reward, please force-close the game and reopen it — your reward will usually be granted on the next launch. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and Android version.
