This Privacy Policy describes how Beresnev Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Deep Space Merge ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personally identifying information directly to us. However, the following information is collected automatically through the App and integrated third-party services:

• Device identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID), device model, OS version, language, country, and approximate region (derived from IP address).
• Gameplay events: anonymized in-game events such as session start, level progress, merges, deaths, in-app purchases, ad views — used for product analytics and to improve the game.
• Ad performance data: collected by our ad partner (Google AdMob) to serve and measure ads.
• Crash and performance logs: technical diagnostics used to identify and fix bugs.

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, contact list, photos, location (GPS), or any sensitive personal data.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — to serve advertisements. Google Ads Privacy.

• Amplitude Analytics — for product analytics. Amplitude Privacy.

3. How We Use the Information

• To operate, improve, and balance the game.
• To display advertisements and measure their effectiveness.
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse.
• To analyze user retention and acquisition for marketing campaigns.

4. Personalized Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be asked to consent to personalized advertising the first time you launch the App (Apple App Tracking Transparency on iOS, Google User Messaging Platform on Android). You can change your preference at any time in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete advertising ID, or opt out of personalization.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous gameplay events are retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes. Advertising identifiers are retained according to the retention policies of Google AdMob.

8. Data Security

All third-party services we use are configured to transmit data over secure channels (TLS/HTTPS). We do not store user data on our own servers.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
